About the Founder

The owner, Jan 'Jay Jay' Jones, has over 40 years experience in the Industrial Distribution business in sales and management, covering San Diego, Mexico, Imperial County, San Joaquin county, and southern Arizona area.

He started in 1965 and grew in a diversified distribution enviroment and has extensive knowledge in Material Handling Equipment and systems. H e worked in the San Joaquin Valley area in Northern California for 10 Years, calling on the Food and Wine industries. He furthered his experience moving to Tucson, Arizona and calling on the Copper Mines and Aggregate industries for 6 Years.

In early year 2000, he moved back to California and started his own sales Company as JJS Specialized Sales, later He Incorporated and formed his current company, Conveying Solutions & Accessories,Inc., serving the San Diego area and Baja, Mexico. He formed an alliance with Ing. Ricardo Olalde, an Engineer in Mexico who handles the sales for Mexico.
