Message From the Founder I first began making JJS Famous Salsa back in the early 1970’s. |

This became my Logo and challenge, to make the Hottest Salsa possible and how I became famous for my Hot Salsa. People in the San Diego area and Northern California area, San Joaquin Valley, have enjoyed my Salsa for years. Then, I discovered Habeneros and Scotch Bonnents, the Hottest peppers in the world. I moved to Tuscon, Arizona and I perfected the most Hot Salsas I have ever made. People said I should Market my Salsa, because of the flavor, but at the time I just enjoyed making for friends and clients. Year 2002, I finally formed and registered my company in California as JJS FAMOUS SALSA.

My Salsa is freshly marinated, using Garlic Salt, Celery, Vinegar, Onions, Cilantro,Worstershire Sauce, and Liquid Smoke to give it the Smoky Flavor. These ingredients are all mixed together and marinated before I add the Tomatoes and Peppers. The Peppers I use are: Mild- Yellow Fresno Medium: Yellow Fresno and Jalepenos. Hot: Yellow Fresno, Jalepenos, Serranos, Thai, and Habenero
